I missed adding two dinners I’ve had between then and now. One of them was a ginger sesame salmon. It worked well, though I still need to cook it longer to get it to the feel I enjoy for meat. I added more ginger this time, and it did help.
The other was the hawaiian marinade that I had which had been sitting in thee freezer. It also worked quite well. I need to work with that marinade again, though smaller batches so I don’t waste as much juice. There was a lot left over and I wasn’t comfortable trying to use it again.
I’ve picked some some white fish and some steak that has been precut that I’ll have to work with. Not having to the steak into strips makes things a little bit easier when it comes time to prepare for cooking.
